Curd or yogurt has been a staple dish in most Indian households. Curd can be consumed in various forms such as - lassi, yogurt rice, buttermilk, vegetables raita, etc.Curd is very good for digestion because the nutrients present in curd can easily be absorbed by the digestive system.
It helps boost your immunity because curd has 'good bacteria' content in it which protects the body from various microorganisms. Curd is rich in calcium and phosphorous, which makes our bones and teeth stronger.

Ingredients :
500 ml milk ( full cream for thick curd )
1 tbsp curd ( not to be sour )

Process :
  • Boil the milk first.
  • Let the milk cooled down ,once you feel that milk has boil lukewarm (just check with your finger  by putting in the pan of boiled milk, you should feel your finger to be warm not hot )
  • Mix the curd in the milk and stir it nicely.
  • Keep in some warm place in winters and in case of summers no need to worry about place it will get prepared after 5-6 hours.
  • Cover your pan and dont touch before 5 hours.
Your Curd is ready
