How to make Chicken Corn Soup
Ingredients to make Chicken Corn Soup :
- Chicken boneless 250 gm (cut into small cubes)
- Eggs 2 (beaten)
- Corn flour 5 tbsp (mixed in 2 tbsp water)
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder 1/4 tbsp
- Chicken Stock 3 cups
- Onion 1 (cut in 4 pieces )
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Garlic cloves 6-7
- Water 1 litre
- Sweet corn 11/2 cup
- Spring onions 2-3 tbsp(green part )
Directions to make Chicken Corn Soup:
In a pan add chicken stock and water and cook till it comes to a boil.
Now add chicken,onion and ginger garlic to it and cover the lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
Take the onion,ginger galic out from the pan and discard them.
Add salt,white pepper,black pepper and sweet corn in the pan.
Now add the corn flour mixture slowly into the pan and keep stirring in one direction carefully so that no lumps get formed.
Let the soup cook on the low flame until it gets thick consistency.
Turn off the flame and add the beaten eggs while stirring to form threads.
At the end add the greens of the spring onions in the chicken corn soup and serve it hot.
Your Chicken Corn Soup is ready ,enjoy with your loved ones.
