Arabian Chicken Rice
Ingredients required for Arabian Chicken Rice
- Boiled Rice 500g ( add 2 tbsp salt during boiling )
- Chicken breast -2 no.s (cut in strips)
- Salt- 1 to 1.5 tsp
- Black pepper powder -1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp (blend mustard seeds)
- Ketchup- 4 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce-4tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder- 1 tbsp
- Cloves- 8 no.s
- Green chilli paste- 5 no.s
- Raisins -10 to 12
- Yellow food colour- 1/4 tbsp
- Oil- 5tbsp
Recipe for Arabian Chicken Rice:
- Marinate chicken breast with salt, black pepper, mustard paste and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Then add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, ginger & garlic paste in the marinated chicken and give it a nice stir mix everything nicely and again keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry the onions till it gets crispy.
- Now add the marinated chicken and cook till the chicken get properly cooked.
- Once chicken is cooked add the boiled rice and green chilli paste in it and mix everything with a gentle hand.
- Now its time to add cloves,raisins in the rice and garam masala too.
- Mix the food color with little water and spread over the rice.
- Cover the lid with a towel and simmer the rice on low flame for 5 minutes
- Delicious Arabian chicken rice is ready to serve.for better taste serve it hot.
