How to make Crispy Fried Fish |
Ingredients required for Crispy Fried Fish :
- Fish fillet 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Semolina 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
- Green chilli paste -1tbsp 4
- Fresh coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Egg 1 lightly beaten
- Water 1/4 cup
- Oil for deep frying
- Chat Masala
Method for preparing Crispy Fried Fish :
- Marinate fish with salt, lemon juice and keep it aside for 20 mins.
- In a bowl prepare batter by adding gram flour, semolina, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, ginger & garlic paste, garam masala powder, green chilli paste, egg, fresh coriander and water.
- Coat the fish with the batter and leave it untouched for 15 mins.
- Fry the fish pieces till it turns golden and cooked well on low to medium flame.
- Serve hot and sprinkle a splash of lemon juice, and chaat masala powder.
