Eggless Wacky Chocolate Cake


Ingredients required for Eggless Wacky Chocolate Cake 

For Cake:
  • 11⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cold water


For frosting eggless wacky chocolate cake:
  • 100 gm chocolate ,finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp butter


Recipe :
  • Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Make three wells in the flour mixture.
  • In one put vanilla; in another the vinegar, and in the third the oil.
  • Pour 1 c cold water over all and stir.
  • No need to beat.
  • Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs (not batter).
  • Once baked let it cool.
for frosting :
  • Place your chocolate, peanut butter and butter in a bowl and then put the bowl on top of the simmering pot of hot water. Let it melt. Stir until it get smooth. 
  • now pour it over the cake when it's a bit liquid so that it should set up nicely on the cake evenly.
