Soybean is the only vegetable food that contains all eight essential amino acids. Soyabeans are processed to various Soya products namely soy flour, soy milk, cottage cheese like tofu, fermented products like tempeh and miso. Including Soybean in your diet is essential for your body as it is:
  • Low in fat with no cholesterol
  • Contains essential heart friendly omega-3 fats
  • An excellent source of fiber 
  • Is a good source of enriched Calcium and Vitamin B12
  • Is a complete protein, containing all the amino acids essential to human nutrition
  • Provides important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron and selenium 
  • Rich in probiotics in the form of fermented soy products, such as miso, tempeh, and soy yogurt
  • Contains isoflavones which are beneficial in reducing risk of various cancers, heart disease and osteoporosis 
  • Whole soy foods such as tofu and tempeh form a nutrient rich alternative to meat.
But when it comes to eat Soybean we really don't like to add in our diet as its taste is not so good,but here I have shared you my recipe and I am really sure once you try Soybean Manchurian in your kitchen ,you will gonna love this Soybean.It is like a chinese manchurian but a healthy one .Here goes my chinese version of Soybean Manchurian

INGREDIENTS
  • Soybean Chunks Soaked in Water : 1 cup
  • Gram flour : 4tbsp
  • Finely chopped Garlic : 1 -2 tbsp
  • Ginger Julienne : 2-3 tbsp
  • Finely chopped Onion : 2-3 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce : 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce : 2 tbsp
  • Diced Red- Green-Yellow Bell Pepper : 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped Spring Onion leaves : 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Black Pepper : to taste
  • Water : as required
  • Cornflour : 1-2 tbsp (mix in water )
  • Sesame Seeds : 2-3 tbsp
For Garnish -  Finely Chopped Spring Onion Leaves,Spring Onion

METHOD FOR MAKING SOYBEAN / NUTRELLA MANCHURIAN
  1. In a bowl,mix soybean chunks soaked in water and gram flour.
  2. Now in a pan ,heat oil and roast the soybean /nutrella chunks.
  3. Then in a pan, heat oil and add finely chopped garlic,ginger julienne,finely chopped onion,chilli sauce,soy sauce,sugar,diced red-yellow-green bell pepper,finely chopped spring onion leaves,roasted soybean,water,cornflour and water mixture,sesame seeds,salt and black pepper and cook.
  4. Garnish the prepared Soybean Manchurian with finely chopped spring onion leaves and spring onion
 Your Soybean  Manchurian is ready.
