  1. Drink Green tea - Green tea will not only helps in reducing calories from your body but also boost your energy level.Drink Green Tea at least twice a day .
  2. No to white - Say strictly no to white bread , white flour ,white sugar ,white pasta and much more.Just eliminate white from your diet.Instead of white bread have brown bread,use jaggery in place of sugar ,use whole wheat products.
  3. Change habits - Change your eating habits,make sure you eat your food slowly ,don't sleep right after having food,don't drink water between and after meal for at least half an hour,add more fruits and less oily and spicy food in your diet.
  4. Water - Make water a must element in your daily routine,drink at least 10 glass of water,drinking lukewarm water empty stomach in the morning will help you for sure.drink a glass of water 5-7 min prior having your food.
  5. Don't skip meal - never skip your meal it will not help you in losing weight rather it will make you feel low on energy.Instead of having 3 meals opt out for 6-7 small meals.Always have heavy breakfast and light dinner because at night food will take much longer to digest as compared to morning.
  6. Avoid carbonated drinks and canned juices - drinks like Pepsi ,soda contain sugar and preservatives which will only add in your weight.Instead of canned fruit juices go for fresh fruit juices.
  7. Never try any medicine - just forget to even think of those medicines in market that claims to lose weight in some days,those medicines will only results in adverse situations.
  8. Sleep well - A healthy body needs a good amount of sleep, If you are keen to lose weight than try to have some good sleep.
  9. Eat healthy snacks - In between of your meals have healthy homemade snacks instead of packed snacks.
  10. Exercise - From your daily schedule take out 30 minutes for exercise,a healthy body needs active participation from your body.
  11. less oily and spicy food - Avoid oily and spicy food and use of salt should be very moderate.Use olive oil or mustard oil for cooking.
