Ingredients required for Lemon Curd ,Yogurt
  • 3 large extra eggs
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (preferably fresh , 3-4 lemons)
  • 1 cup sugar (can take 1 1/2 cup if your like more sweet)
  • 60 -80 gm unsalted buter
  • a pinch of salt
Recipe to make Lemon Curd ,Lemon Yogurt
  • In a bowl whisk the eggs and mix sugar and lemon juice for 1 min till you get smooth consistency.
  • Pour the mixture in a saucepan and cook on low flame and keep stirring constantly.
  • Cook the Lemon curd until it gets thick.
  • Once it get thickened remove from the flame and cool it down or refrigerate,
  • Your Lemon Curd ,Lemon Yogurt is ready.
Note: It can be stored for 5-6 days in refrigerator in an airtight container.
