How to make Moist Carrot Cake 

This recipe I had seen on a cookery show and on the same day I had tried this recipe of Moist carrot cake and trust me if you follow the given quantity your cake will be a superhit.Everyone follows their own style and recipe I am sharing with you has a touch of honey.
Just follow everything as it is to get a perfect Moist Carrot Cake.

Moist Carrot Cake


INGREDIENTS:
brown sugar -100 gms
Oil 150 ml
All purpose flour :175 gm
Baking powder: 1/4 tbsp
Baking soda : 1/2 tbsp
Dry Ginger powder : 1/4 tbsp
Nutmeg or cinnamon powder : 1 tbsp
Honey : 75 ml
2 eggs
Chopped walnuts : 1/2 tbsp
Raisins or Cranberries : 20 gms
Dessicated coconut :25 gms
Grated Carrot : 100 gm

METHOD
  • In a bowl first beat 2 eggs and mix honey.
  • In another bowl mix grated carrot,all purpose flour, baking powder , baking soda,brown sugar,dry ginger powder, nutmeg or cinnamon powder,chopped walnuts,raisins or cranberries,desiccated coconut and oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients nicely.
  • Now whisk egg and honey with rest of the ingredients.
  • Brush tray with oil and put butter paper on it and again spread some oil .In the meanwhile preheat the oven.
  • Now pour the mixture in the tray.
  • Bake for 35 mins at 160'c.
  • Take out the tray and test with the toothpick .
  • Insert the toothpick in the cake and if toothpick comes out clean then your Moist Carrot Cake is ready.
  • Take the butter paper out and cut your Moist Carrot Cake into slices.
  • Your Yummy and Delicious Moist Carrot Cake is ready to eat.
