Chicken Lollipop
Ingredients for making Chicken Lollipop :
( you can adjust the quantity according to your requirement )
- Chicken wings - 1/2 kg
- Eggs - 2
- Cornflour / Cornstarch - 2-3 tbsp
- Soya sauce -2 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For making sauce for Chicken lollipop:
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies -2 finely chopped
- Oil
Recipe for making Chicken Lollipop :
- Marinate the Chicken Wings with soy sauce,chilli sauce,black pepper powder and salt.
- .In another bowl take eggs and beat it well and then add cornflour and mix it well,if needed little water can also be added to have flour consistency.
- Add the marinated chicken in the corn flour and egg mixture.
- Coat the pieces of chicken lollipops with the bread crumbs ( here you can use cornflakes also to make it more healthier ).
- In a pan heat oil and once oil gets heated turned the gas flame on low,now add chicken lollipops pieces slowly in the pan.
- Let the chicken lollipops cook on low flame because we need to cook chicken from inside too.
- Keep the Chicken lollipops on a kitchen napkin to drain the oil.
Follow these steps to make Sauce :
- In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
- Add chilli sauce,soya sauce ,green chillies and little water in the pan.
- Cook till sauce becomes thick and all the water dried up.
Place the Chicken Lollipop on the serving plate.pour sauce over it and garnish your Chicken Lollipops with greens of spring onions,
