Mango Milk Shake |
2 ripe mangoes ( roughly chopped )
1 and 1/2 glass of milk
sugar as needed
ice cubes (optional)
METHOD
1.Wash,peel and chopped magoes in small pieces and transfer them to the mixer jar.
2.Add milk,sugar as needed and ice cubes( if using chilled milk no need to add ice cubes).
3.Blend everything until smooth consistency and take care not to leave pulps inside the milkshake.
Pour Mango milkshake in the glasses and serve chilled.
Tips:
1.boil milk first and let it cool and then only used in making milkshake.
2.always choose sweet mangoes.
3.Once mango milkshake is served in glass,put some vanilla icecream over it,will enhance the taste.
4.if using cardamom powder then mix it with mango pieces itself.
5.you can add some dryfruits in the milkshake .
6.you can also add some small slices of mangoes in the milkshake.
